dutzi design was created by ariane dutzi, a former fashion editor who traded in her louboutins for flip flops, and escaped to mexico to start up a line of burlap handbags.

all proceeds from her handmade “rescue” totes go to helping mayan women in the yucatán in unfortunate situations… many faced with not being able to feed their children or themselves.
